The Necco Experience
Necco is a close-knit, social organization that takes pride in building families. We work hard to find the ideal match for both parent and child in order to limit moves and additional trauma that foster children often experience.

Who CANNOT be a foster parent?
Fostering isn’t for everyone, and that’s okay. Here are the main reasons some individuals cannot become foster parents.
Prohibitive criminal offenses
Insufficient income or room in your home
No valid driver’s license
Lack of reliable transportation
What does it take to be a foster parent?
Our parents don’t have special powers or wear capes. They pack lunches, drive to soccer practice and give small, consistent acts of kindness and love. That’s it. But to be honest, we still think they’re super. Our kids think so too.
You didn’t think we’d throw you in the deep end of the pool without a float did you? Just the opposite. Our training will prepare you for the amazing journey ahead.
We need to make sure your home is ready for a visitor, but don’t worry. If it isn’t ready, we’ll help you get it ready.
Paperwork can be intimidating, but we're here to help you cross every “t” and dot every “i” from start to finish.
We know you have no skeletons in your closet, but the government wants proof. Necco makes background checks quick and painless!
