  • 18 - 21 years of age (age varies by location)
  • Must remain committed to the custodial agency
  • Must attend a monthly independent living course
  • Motivated to learn & grow
  • Must have part-time employment/attend school
  • Must work towards identified education goals
  • Ability to save money for successful independence
  • Commitment to weekly contacts with IL case manager
