Letter from the Executive Director
|
Dear Friends,
Imagine the results when a social service organization values and rewards people who approach every day with a winning spirit..
Winning at Necco means to take the best possible care of those we serve and those who care for them. Winning is our goal, a goal that is tested every day in a world full of obstacles and change.
It is my duty as Executive Director to continue to build and lead a winning team comprised of winning individuals. Together we will strive to set the standard of customer service in the social service industry. We care deeply for the kids we serve, and it shows.
These are exciting times at Necco! Our newly forged partnership with the Youth Development Corporation of America affords our employees and foster parents the opportunity to share ideas and network with hundreds of great people in other areas of the country.
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who support Necco's mission and values. We continue to believe in the Power of a Family, in the lives of the children, and the communities that we serve.. I look forward to serving the agency and the entire community in the years to come.
Sincerely,
Robert B. Carpenter, LPCC
Executive Director
